Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• 2-3 years of work experience as HSE professional.
• Experience delivering HSE training, conducting audits and incident investigations.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and best practices.
• Able to work with limited supervision and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel to upcountry/provincial sites when required.
• Experience developing safety-related programs or managing safety documentation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess hazards and risks in the workplace.
• Develop and implement strategies to eliminate or control risks.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits for compliance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant.
