Job summary

IHG, L.C. in the Philippines is seeking an HRSC Specialist - AMER to provide first line HR support across the employee lifecycle, handling inquiries, data updates, and document generation.

You will work with ServiceNow, maintain HR data, prepare contracts and letters, and complete administrative tasks with accuracy and timely responses. This role requires 1-2 years in HR Shared Services, strong PC skills, and clear communication to internal customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Typically 1–2 years HR Shared Services experience.
• Demonstrated strong PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, e-mail, etc.).
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line HR support for employees, managers and HR for different aspects of HR administration activities related to the end to end employee life cycle processes in accordance to established guidelines and business process.
• Maintain and update data within the HR system ensuring adherence to standard operation procedure. Process mass data change requests with high accuracy and within service level agreements.
• Generate contracts, offer letters, and other related documents as required in accordance to service level agreements.
• Provide service to internal colleagues by responding to HR inquiries via telephone and support tickets through ServiceNow. Follow protocols and ensure follow up until resolution.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks as assigned.
