Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions seeks an HR Operations Specialist in the Philippines to deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries and help ensure a positive, compliant, and efficient employee experience.

You will collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and oversee office administration and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in HR operations or office administration.
• Experience delivering HR services across the employee lifecycle is preferred.
• Working knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line HR support for employees and managers on policies and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Support HR reporting requirements and data accuracy.
