Job summary

McDermott International in Makati, Philippines, is seeking an Associate HR Services Center Specialist (Employee Experience) to support data integrity and efficient HR service delivery in a high‑volume, multinational environment.

The role partners with HR stakeholders to maintain accurate employee data, assist on projects, and drive confidentiality, professionalism, and quality while adapting to rotating shifts across 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience in a high-volume multi-national Shared Service environment
• Experience with Oracle Cloud and case management systems
• Experience in HR/Payroll systems such as Taleo, JDE, SAP, Oracle
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills – ability to speak a second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Dutch would be beneficial
• Experience in preparing reports and data analyses
• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
• Excellent attention to detail and processes
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
• Experienced and willing to work on rotating shifts based on 24/7 operations
• Experience working in a Human Resources department
• Knowledge and experience using advanced excel functions
• Able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently
