Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is seeking an HR Officer – Transformation and Analytics to drive our HR digital transformation. The role focuses on systems, data accuracy, and process improvement within HR, including upgrades, dashboards, and governance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HRIS, Excel analytics, and familiarity with SAP or Darwinbox. You will contribute to data-informed decisions and work closely with HR leadership to optimize workforce insights.

Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, and data visualization.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools: PowerPoint, Visio, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint.
Experience with SAP preferred; familiarity with Darwinbox or similar HRIS is an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Statistics, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

Support HRIS governance, system audits, and user acceptance testing for new modules and upgrades.
Maintain data integrity and enforce data governance standards.
Develop and manage automated HR dashboards and analytics reports.
Analyze workforce trends related to recruitment, attrition, and retention.
Provide data-driven insights to support HR and business leaders.
