Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide front-line HRBP support and independently own defined employee lifecycle workstreams for an assigned business population. You will translate HR frameworks into consistent delivery, identify trends and risks, and escalate complex matters as needed to enable HRBPs to focus on strategic advisory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
2–4 years of HR experience, including lifecycle support, operations, or HRBP.
Demonstrated ability to manage recurring processes and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of HR policies, data confidentiality, and escalation practices.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line HRBP support and own defined employee lifecycle workstreams.
Serve as first point of contact for routine HR inquiries with policy-driven guidance.
Build relationships with managers and employees; ensure timely resolution of routine concerns.
Monitor onboarding, attrition, engagement, attendance, flexibility of work arrangements, and feedback; report themes to HRBP.
Prepare insights and action trackers for HRBP discussions with stakeholders.
Develop project plans, trackers, timelines, and risk logs; escalate blockers.
Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure HR programs are delivered on schedule.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and strengthen the employee experience.
Own internship program coordination from onboarding to program closure.
Oversee new-hire onboarding and integration; monitor milestones; conduct check-ins.
