Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an HR professional to support training, recruitment, onboarding and policy implementation. The role includes designing development programs, coordinating learning initiatives and collaborating with managers to address employee needs.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Ability to design, implement, research and evaluate effective learning and development programs.
• Excellent coordination, analytical and networking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and business communication & presentation skills.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes, programs and systems in support of talent management and learning and development strategies.
• Administer talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources.
• Identify current and future skills requirements of the organization and create flexible learning interventions to meet workforce needs.
• Assess training and development needs and facilitate training programs.
• Conduct, administer and participate in employee engagement activities.
