Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned HRIS specialist to own and optimise SAP SuccessFactors across the UK and Manila, delivering a seamless employee and HR user experience.

You will manage performance, payroll, Employee Central, and upgrades, while ensuring data governance and privacy compliance under UK GDPR and Philippine regulations. The role requires strong collaboration with regional stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an HR systems/HRIS role with clear system ownership, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on configuration and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with modules including Employee Central, Payroll and Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience delivering system enhancements, upgrades or implementations using structured methodologies.
• Knowledge of HR data privacy, controls and compliance in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the HR system across the UK and Manila with a seamless user experience for employees and HR users.
• Act as the primary SAP SuccessFactors specialist, managing performance, enhancements, upgrades, and vendor relationships.
• Deliver accurate mass data uploads (pay reviews, bonuses) with strong reconciliation and controls.
• Ensure data governance, system security and GDPR/Philippines data protection compliance.
• Provide expert user support and training, and identify system/process improvements.
• Support high-risk data requests in partnership with HR, Legal and Governance teams.
