Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, implement, and administer HR programs in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide consulting to managers on performance, policies, and compensation.
• Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop proactive HR solutions in collaboration with organizational stakeholders.
• Lead orientation and HR learning sessions for new hires or promotions.
