Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, build, and publish interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and modern media tools, while developing scalable training programs for HR service desk agents, line managers, and general employees.

You will align materials with Workday and ServiceNow, conduct TNAs, translate gaps into measurable learning paths, and partner with HR tech leads to enable seamless change across a global audience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of total experience supporting HR technology platforms and training enablement.
• Hard minimum of 2 years dedicated to ServiceNow and Workday.
• Background in a high-volume Shared Services Center (SSC) or BPO environment.
• End-to-end program design, TNA, and instructional development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and publish interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Develop scalable training programs for diverse user groups including HR service desk agents, line managers, and general employees.
• Update learning materials to align with Workday release cycles and ServiceNow HRSD updates.
