Job summary

HRTx Inc. seeks an experienced HRIS Training Analyst to design, develop, and deliver training for global HR systems, with a strong focus on ServiceNow.

You will partner with global HR stakeholders to ensure engaging learning experiences that support HR technology adoption and business transformation initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, HRIS training, or instructional design.
• Candidates with 2 years of highly relevant Workday experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for HR systems, especially ServiceNow.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and recommend solutions.
• Create materials: instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, digital resources, job aids and guides.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training for global audiences.
• Collaborate with global HR stakeholders to translate requirements into learning programs.
• Support HR technology transformation and system implementations.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics and ensure readiness of sessions.
• Participate in global learning initiatives and maintain training records.
