Job summary

Our Clients seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to create and publish interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360, aligning content with Workday and ServiceNow updates. You will architect scalable curricula for HR users and ensure training readiness across global stakeholders.

You will analyze training needs, design blended enablement frameworks, and measure impact with KPI-driven assessments, enabling effective adoption of HR tech platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of total experience supporting HR technology platforms and training enablement.
• Experience in SSC or BPO environment preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end program design, TNA, and instructional development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and publish interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Rise and Storyline.
• Develop scalable training programs for HR service desk agents, managers, and staff.
• Update materials to align with Workday releases and ServiceNow enhancements.
