Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years total experience supporting HR technology platforms and training enablement (2+ years with ServiceNow and Workday).
• End-to-end program design, TNA, and instructional development experience.
• Experience in high-volume SSC/BPO environments.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and publish interactive e-learning modules and digital guides using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• Develop scalable training curricula for HR service desk agents, line managers, and general staff.
• Coordinate updates to learning content with Workday release cycles and ServiceNow HRSD enhancements.
• Partner with HR Technology leads and Operations to translate platform changes into effective learning materials.
• Deliver engaging virtual or classroom facilitation and measure program impact with KPIs.
