Qualifications

• Experience as HRIS Training Analyst, Instructional Designer, or Technical Trainer in a shared services or BPO setup.
• Hands-on training design for ServiceNow; Workday transitions experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in content authoring tools: Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise.
• Ability to collaborate with global HR stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

HRIS Training Analyst (Workday & ServiceNow)

Location: Makati (Hybrid)
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days WFH, 3 days RTO)
Shift: Mid Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps, performance directives, and technical learning requirements across regional and global HR teams.
• Instructional Design & Content Creation: Design and develop engaging, end-to-end learning materials from scratch, including e-learning modules, digital reference guides, interactive job aids, and virtual instructor-led slide decks.
• Training Delivery & Facilitation: Lead dynamic training sessions across multiple formats—in-person, virtual, and hybrid—tailored to diverse adult learning styles.
• ServiceNow & Workday Focus: Serve as the subject matter expert in translating complex ServiceNow processes and Workday system transitions into digestible, actionable learning paths for end-users.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner effectively with global HR stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business leaders to align training objectives with broader organizational goals.
• Logistics & Scheduling Administration: Manage end-to-end training operations, including setting out invites, scheduling sessions across time zones, securing meeting rooms, and coordinating all technical and visual logistics.
• Learning-Wide Initiatives: Actively participate in and support broader learning and development initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization’s training framework.

Qualifications

• Experience (Non-Negotiable): Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HRIS Training Analyst, Instructional Designer, or Technical Trainer within a Shared Services or BPO environment.
• Core Technical Expertise (Non-Negotiable): Hands-on experience designing and delivering specialized training for ServiceNow is strictly required. Proven experience supporting Workday transitions or system rollouts is strongly preferred.
• Instructional Design Skills: Strong capability in content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 / Storyline, Rise) to build digital and e-learning solutions from scratch.
• Global Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with global HR leaders and cross-functional partners.
