Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, HRIS training, or instructional design.
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Proven experience designing training materials and e-learning content from scratch.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with global or regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for HR systems, particularly ServiceNow.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and recommend solutions.
• Create learning materials from scratch: instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, digital resources, job aids.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for global audiences.
• Partner with global HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into learning programs.
• Support HR technology transformation and system implementation initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics and scheduling.
• Contribute to global learning and development initiatives and maintain learning records.
