Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an HRIS Training Analyst in Makati with a hybrid work setup (2 days WFH, 3 days in the office). The role focuses on ServiceNow and Workday training, translating complex processes into engaging learning paths for global HR teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong instructional design skills, and proven ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to drive learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRIS Training Analyst, Instructional Designer, or Technical Trainer in a shared services or BPO setup.
• Hands-on training design for ServiceNow; Workday transitions experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in content authoring tools: Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise.
• Ability to collaborate with global HR stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and learning requirements.
• Design end-to-end learning materials: e-learning modules, guides, job aids, and slide decks.
• Lead training delivery across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats for diverse learners.
• Translate ServiceNow processes and Workday transitions into actionable learning paths.
