HRIS Training Analyst (Workday & ServiceNow)
Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid)
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 DaysWFH, 3 days RTO)
Shift: Mid Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Training Analyst to support the design, development, and delivery of training programs for global HR systems, with a strong focus on ServiceNow. This role partners with global HR stakeholders to ensure employees receive engaging, high‑quality learning experiences that support HR technology adoption and business transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience creating learning solutions from scratch, facilitating instructor‑led and virtual training sessions, and supporting HR system implementations or enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for HR systems, particularly ServiceNow.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Create learning materials from scratch, including:
- Instructor‑led training materials
- Virtual training content
- E‑learning modules
- Digital learning resources
- Job aids, user guides, and reference materials
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for global audiences.
- Partner with global HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective learning programs.
- Support HR technology transformation and system implementation initiatives.
- Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end training logistics, including scheduling sessions, sending invitations, managing meeting rooms, and ensuring all training requirements are prepared.
- Participate in global learning and development initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning programs.
- Maintain training documentation and learning records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, HRIS training, or instructional design. Candidates with at least 2 years of highly relevant experience in workday may also be considered.
- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Proven experience designing training materials and e‑learning content from scratch.
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
- Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience supporting global or regional teams.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.
