Job summary

Asticom is seeking an HRIS Supervisor to lead the implementation, administration, and continual improvement of our HRIS ecosystem.

The role acts as the primary bridge between Human Resources, IT, Finance/Payroll, business users, and HRIS vendors to ensure our HR technology aligns with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRIS, HR Systems, HR Technology, or related IT/HR systems functions.
• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end HRIS implementation.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, UKG, Darwinbox, ZingHR, or similar.

Job description

JOB TITLE: HRIS SUPERVISOR

The HRIS Supervisor / Assistant Manager is responsible for the implementation, administration, support, and continuous improvement of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

The role serves as the key liaison between Human Resources, IT, Finance/Payroll, business users, and HRIS vendors, ensuring that HR technology solutions effectively support business requirements and HR processes.

The position will lead or support end-to-end HRIS implementations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, data migration, integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-go-live support.

The role is also responsible for maintaining HRIS data integrity, system security, user access, reporting, integrations, and system performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Systems, HR Technology, or related IT/HR systems functions
• Mandatory: Proven experience in at least one end-to-end HRIS implementation, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Experience supporting or implementing HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, UKG, Darwinbox, ZingHR, or similar HR platforms.
• Experience working with HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Recruitment, Benefits, and other HR-related systems.
• Experience in system integration, data migration, UAT, and system configuration.
• Experience working directly with HR stakeholders, business users, IT teams, and HRIS vendors.
• At least 2-3 years of supervisory, team lead, or project leadership experience is preferred for the Assistant Manager level.
