Job summary

LutechResources is seeking an HRIS Specialist to analyze HRIS problems with guidance, build knowledge of processes, and apply business drivers to practical solutions. The role focuses on reporting, data analysis, and collaborating with colleagues to meet HR system objectives.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Business or IT and at least 1 year of HR systems experience, including Oracle LMS and advanced Excel/Access skills, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of HR systems, data analytics, and Oracle experience preferred.
• Experience in Oracle Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Access.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Strong customer service and creative problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with strong quantitative skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job Overview:

The HRIS Specialist applies their conceptual knowledge of HRIS and, with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving many straightforward HRIS problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures and building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The HRIS Specialist understands critical business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient analytic tools for reporting and comparing data
• Assist with report generation and Data Analysis using Oracle and other HR Systems
• Distribute reports to Management and Business Functions as required
• Work on open tickets to get the solutions promptly; keeping the user updated on the progress
• Interface with functional unit process owners and end users to identify, define, and document operational needs and objectives, recommend solutions

Qualifications
