Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support global People Systems & Reporting. The role emphasizes data integrity, system optimization, and stakeholder support across HR and IT. You will manage day-to-day HRIS operations, reporting, and security, ensuring compliance and reliability of the HRIS ecosystem.

The position requires strong Excel skills, experience with major HRIS platforms, and the ability to work with global teams on system upgrades and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting or administering HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors/Workday/Oracle).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in data mining, reporting, and troubleshooting HRIS.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support HR systems including configuration, data management, and troubleshooting.
• Generate and design reports, dashboards, and HR metrics for leadership.
• Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and process owners to enhance system functionality.
• Manage security, access, and user permissions; provide end-user training.
