Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals.
Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and coaching.
Develop and facilitate training and development programs.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.

Qualifications
