Job summary

Confidential Company in Metro Manila is seeking an HRIS Lead to own the strategy, architecture, and ongoing optimization of the company's HRIS landscape. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to align technology with workforce needs and business goals.

You'll drive end-to-end implementations, data migrations, security controls, governance, and analytics, while mentoring the HRIS team and ensuring compliance across global/local regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in HRIS administration, HR tech, or HR system project management.
• Must have proven experience leading at least one full lifecycle end-to-end enterprise HRIS implementation (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, etc.).
• 2–3+ years of leadership, team supervision, or project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRIS strategy, architecture and optimization.
• Oversee HRIS implementations, data migrations, and system integrations.
• Governance, security, RBAC, and regulatory compliance across HR platforms.
• Drive enterprise HR reporting, analytics, and stakeholder enablement.
• Mentor HRIS staff and manage vendor/partner relationships.
