Job summary

CloudPay Inc. in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to maintain and optimize Workday modules, develop reports, and drive HR data insights. This hybrid, full-time role partners with HR leadership to streamline processes and roll out new features.

You will train business users on system changes and collaborate on sprint planning with the HR Operations team, delivering impactful HR analytics and performant HRIS solutions.

Responsibilities

• System maintenance and configuration of existing modules, including support system upgrades, and ongoing enhancements.
• Provide training and guidance on new features, processes, and best practices for the business and the wider HR teams.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze people data, apply critical thinking and deliver insights for HR leadership.
• Lead on a variety of projects, translating stakeholders' needs into actionable outputs.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager, HR Operations to develop the sprint release plan.
• Partner with HR leadership to achieve business process optimization.
