Job summary

AIM Asian Institute of Management in Manila seeks a System Administrator to maintain and update the HRIS, ensure data integrity, manage configurations and security, and resolve issues with IT support.

You will handle data management, reporting and analysis, including Power BI dashboards, train HR staff, and drive process improvements through automation while ensuring compliance with data protection rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the HRIS with employee information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Manage system configurations, security roles, and user access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, escalating to vendors or IT support when necessary.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data into the HRIS.
• Conduct regular data audits to maintain data quality and compliance with policies.
• Manage data migration and integration from other systems.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for HR and management.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using PowerBI to visualize key HR metrics and performance indicators.
• Ensure that all reporting complies with legal requirements and organizational standards.
• Train HR staff and employees in the use of the HRIS.
• Develop user guides and training materials.
• Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to users.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new HRIS features and functionalities.
• Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices.
• Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect HR data.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of HRIS policies and procedures.
