Job summary

Our Clients in Manila seeks a seasoned HR leader who can bridge strong operational HR leadership with technology and AI-driven transformation, overseeing HR Shared Services for a 200-person organization.

This role requires strategic oversight while staying close to the business to understand issues, drive implementation, and measure impact of transformation initiatives on efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive HR leadership experience.
• Experience with HR technology and AI initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Shared Services and day-to-day HR operations for the Manila organization.
• Oversee Employee Relations and compliant handling of concerns.
• Drive HR process improvement, service quality, efficiency, and employee experience.
• Lead HR technology, automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
• Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to align priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Manila HR team supporting approximately 200 employees.
• Measure and communicate the business impact of HR transformation initiatives.
