Job summary

One Php Technology is seeking an HRIS Implementation Associate to support HRIS deployments for clients in the Philippines. You will gather requirements, configure systems, and assist with data migration and testing.

Collaborating with the HRIS team, you will help with client onboarding, trainings, and post-deployment support, ensuring proper documentation and smooth handoffs to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR, HRIS, system administration, implementation, customer support, or related field.
• Basic understanding of HR processes such as employee records, timekeeping, attendance, and leave.
• Familiarity with HRIS or other business software is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of data management and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn HRIS systems, processes, and implementation methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-service oriented and comfortable working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of HRIS solutions for clients.
• Support system configuration based on approved client requirements.
• Assist in setting up HR processes, workflows, policies, and system parameters.
• Participate in system testing and validation before deployment.
• Assist in conducting client onboarding and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Assist in gathering, organizing, cleaning, and validating employee and HR-related data.
• Prepare data files according to system requirements and formats.
• Assist in testing configured system features, workflows, and processes.
• Assist in conducting system demonstrations and training sessions for clients and end users.
• Maintain accurate records of client requirements, system configurations, data migration, testing, and training activities.
