Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Human Resources or Psychology.
• Experience: At least 2 years in HR; fresh graduates welcome.
• Skills: Organized, detail oriented, good communication, and people skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing HR programs and policies including employee relations, record-keeping, orientation and training, and employment administration.
• Support recruitment activities: post jobs, review applications, track progress, and administer pre-employment tests as required.
• Prepare paperwork to create new employee profiles and place new employees on payroll.
• Maintain employee files and HR filing system; monitor attendance and benefits.
• Provide guidance on company policies and documentation requirements; support performance appraisal processes.
