Job summary

One Php Technology is seeking an HRIS Implementation Associate to support HRIS deployments for clients in the Philippines. You will gather requirements, configure systems, and assist with data migration and testing.

Collaborating with the HRIS team, you will help with client onboarding, trainings, and post-deployment support, ensuring proper documentation and smooth handoffs to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR, HRIS, system administration, implementation, customer support, or related field.
• Basic understanding of HR processes such as employee records, timekeeping, attendance, and leave.
• Familiarity with HRIS or other business software is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of data management and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn HRIS systems, processes, and implementation methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

About the role

The HRIS Implementation Associate supports the successful implementation and deployment of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for clients. The role assists in gathering requirements, preparing and migrating data, configuring system settings, conducting testing, and providing user training and support. The position works closely with the HRIS Implementation team and clients to ensure that system requirements are properly understood, implemented, and documented.
