Commerce One Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a client-focused ERP/HRIS support professional in the Philippines. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and analyze logs to deliver effective solutions for ERP/HRIS applications including Financial/Procurement/Sales and HR/payroll modules.

The role requires 1+ year ERP/HRIS experience, accounting knowledge, and strong communication. You will collaborate with teams, meet deadlines, and continuously learn to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in handling ERP/HRIS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Accounting is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with strong commitment.
• Ability to set and meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience providing first level support via phone, email and online is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for continual learning.
• Solid accounting fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Eye for detail; willing to be trained and a fast learner.
