Job summary

Commerce One Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a client-focused ERP/HRIS support professional in the Philippines. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and analyze logs to deliver effective solutions for ERP/HRIS applications including Financial/Procurement/Sales and HR/payroll modules.

The role requires 1+ year ERP/HRIS experience, accounting knowledge, and strong communication. You will collaborate with teams, meet deadlines, and continuously learn to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of working experience in handling ERP/HRIS systems.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accountancy or equivalent.
Knowledge in Accounting is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with strong commitment.
Ability to set and meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Experience providing first level support via phone, email and online is a plus.
Enthusiasm for continual learning.
Solid accounting fundamentals.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills.
Eye for detail; willing to be trained and a fast learner.
