• Ensure proper computation of taxes, loans, and required payments.
• Prepares summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
• Implements employee benefits in accordance with company policies.
• Maintains historical HR records with organized filing and retrieval systems.
