Job summary

SuperStaff in the Philippines seeks an HR Specialist to drive HR administration, process employee status changes, manage leaves and benefits, and maintain data integrity across HR systems. You will collaborate with a US-based senior HR manager and help automate runbooks as processes mature.

The role requires experience with BambooHR, PlanSource, and strong English communication, with a keen eye for confidential data handling and process reliability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in HR operations, benefits administration, or HR shared services supporting a US-based employer; US benefits exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Process employee status changes end-to-end in BambooHR and update records
• Administer leave of absence workflows and benefits cadence
• Answer HR inbox emails and guide managers with process questions
• Audit data quality and run recurring HR reports
• Support onboarding/offboarding verifications and back-up investigations
