Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced payroll professional in the Philippines to manage monthly payroll and benefits for staff across subsidiaries. The role involves resolving salary inquiries, ensuring timely payments, and handling company benefits including social and health insurance.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree (HR-related preferred) and at least 3 years of payroll experience, with strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; HR-related degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll/hr.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll and subsidiary government benefits for staff.
• Assist in clarifying employees' salary and benefits queries.
• Ensure remuneration packages are paid timely and accurately for holdings' subsidiaries.
• Manage company benefits incl. social/health insurance and accidents/medical insurance matters.
• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports for authorities.
