Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Information System Admin to safeguard data integrity and support the HRIS landscape across modules, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. You will optimize processes, handle UAT, and collaborate with IT and HR teams to deliver reliable system performance.

The role requires at least 3 years in HRIS or HR systems, strong data governance, and excellent written and spoken English. This onsite position in Parañaque offers a shifting schedule and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HRIS or HR systems role.
• Strong focus on data accuracy, quality, and data integrity.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and privacy regulations when handling employee data.
• Clear, articulate English communication in both written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• System Optimization & Enhancements: gather and validate user requirements for HRIS customizations and support UAT.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: act as main contact for HRIS inquiries and resolve HRIS processes with IT/Applications teams.
• Data & System Administration: manage daily HRIS tasks such as schedules, cost centers, bank details, and config updates.
• Reporting & Documentation: generate comprehensive reports and maintain up-to-date system configuration docs.
• Enablement & Customer Service: develop Quick Reference Guides and ensure SLAs are met by managing client expectations.
