Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or HR systems role.
• Strong data integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize HRIS infrastructure ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT and Applications teams.
• Manage HRIS data, configurations, onboarding, pay components, and reporting.
