Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Human Resource Information System Administrator to oversee HRIS infrastructure, ensure data integrity, and deliver strong stakeholder support.

You will optimize systems, provide technical support, manage data configurations, create reports, and develop quick reference guides to ensure SLAs are met.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years HRIS experience, deep data privacy knowledge, and excellent English communication to collaborate with IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar HRIS or HR systems role.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and data integrity.
• Deep knowledge of confidentiality and privacy regulations when handling sensitive employee data.
• Clear, articulate English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• System optimization and enhancements: gather and validate user requirements for HRIS customizations; support system enhancement projects and lead UAT.
• Technical support and troubleshooting: act as main contact for HRIS inquiries; review, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS processes with IT/Applications teams.
• Data and system administration: manage daily HRIS tasks—work schedules, cost centers, bank details; handle ServiceNow queries and data imports.
• Reporting and documentation: generate comprehensive reports and maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations and troubleshooting.
• Enablement and customer service: coach stakeholders and create Quick Reference Guides; ensure SLAs are met.
• General compliance: adhere to company policies and participate in PDR processes.
