MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Information System Administrator to maintain HRIS infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and robust system performance. You will support stakeholders, analyze system needs, and drive improvements across modules with a focus on accuracy and security.

The role demands strong English communication, collaboration with IT, and a proactive approach to system enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HRIS or HR systems role.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and data integrity.
• Deep knowledge of confidentiality and privacy regulations for employee data.
• Clear, articulate English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and enhance HRIS, gather and validate user requirements, support UAT.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot HRIS across modules; coordinate with IT and Applications teams.
• Administer daily HRIS tasks: schedules, cost centers, bank details, and system configurations.
• Generate reports on people data and maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations and troubleshooting.
• Develop coaching materials and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) to maximize HRIS usage; ensure SLAs are met.
• Uphold company policies and participate in Performance Development Review processes and workplace safety.
