Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Information System Administrator to maintain HRIS infrastructure, ensure data integrity, and support stakeholders. The role demands handling HRIS configurations, user support, and system improvements onsite in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS or HR systems with data integrity focus.
• Clear, articulate English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• System optimization, gather user requirements, and lead UAT for HRIS enhancements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot HRIS processes across modules; collaborate with IT.
• Administer daily HRIS tasks: scheduling, cost centers, bank details, onboarding/config updates; manage ServiceNow queries.
