Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Administrator to manage HRIS integrity, optimize modules, and support stakeholders. The role focuses on data quality, system performance, and compliant processes, with on-site work at Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran Parañaque.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HRIS, strong English, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and reporting. On-site position with shifting schedules and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HRIS or HR systems role.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Clear written and spoken English; able to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and customize HRIS modules and support UAT.
• Provide technical HRIS support and troubleshoot processes across modules.
• Administer daily HRIS tasks: user access, data imports, and configurations.
• Generate reports and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Coach stakeholders and ensure SLAs are met; follow compliance and policy.
