Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a SAP Administrator to maintain HR systems integrity, support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Reporting), and ensure reliable data processing across the HRIS landscape for accurate decision-making.

You will collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize workflows, lead UAT, provide coaching and documentation, and ensure SLAs are met. Onsite work with shifting schedules, healthcare from day one, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HRIS or HR systems role.
• A fierce focus on data accuracy, quality, and data integrity.
• Deep knowledge of confidentiality and privacy regulations when handling sensitive employee data.
• Clear, articulate, and professional verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate user requirements for system customizations and HRIS enhancements.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS processes across all modules with IT and Applications teams.
• Administer daily HRIS tasks including schedules, bank details, cost centers, and system configurations.
• Handle ServiceNow queries, document updates, reset onboarding passwords, and process data imports.
• Generate comprehensive reports on people data and maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations.
