Job summary

Purechem Corporation seeks an accomplished Human Resources leader to drive HR strategies and administer processes across the organization. You will oversee contracts, onboarding, compensation, and training programs while ensuring ISO 9001:2015 alignment and compliance.

Job description

• Develops thorough understanding, in-depth analysis and integration of the Company's directions, growth strategies and human resources infrastructure (capability and requirements in terms of availability, competence, compensation budget and readiness) in order to handle current and future roles/functions in the Organization.

• Formulates, plans, monitors and evaluates the established Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures (OGSM) of the Human Resources Development and Administration Department (including individual positions of the department) aligned with the overall OGSM of the Company while ensuring the holistic development of its talents.

• Manages, communicates and cascades the OGSM within the Human Resources Development and Administration Department.

• Manages succession planning programs including review and evaluation of table of organization, plantilla, competency requirements and availability aligned with the business needs and expectations of the Company.

• Acts as the HRDA representative in Strategic Planning Meetings and Management Review sessions of the Company.

• Conducts risk assessment and identification of opportunities for established processes and tasks of the department.

• Oversees Employment Contract Management (including Job Offers) and ensures that all new employees have contracts prior to deployment.

• Monitors the consistent implementation of New Hire On-boarding Program from preparation, execution and evaluation of the said program.

• Oversees, manages and reviews the Company's compensation and benefits philosophy through regular job evaluation and analysis as well as competitive market data analysis.

• Reviews and evaluates the Company's Salary Structure Design and recommends a relevant, cost-effective and competitive Salary Structure.

• Reviews and evaluates the disciplinary action recommendations (in accordance with the Code of Conduct) of HRDA Supervisor EER and ensures that timely, objective, fair and impartial disciplinary sanctions for minor offenses are executed.

• Chairs and facilitates the conduct of Administrative Hearings for major offenses.

• Evaluates and approves all Minutes of Administrative Hearing.

• Evaluates and finalizes the Notice of Resolution and/or Sanction Memorandum based on the recommendation of Ethics Committee prior the approval of Top Management

• Serves as the HRDA Representative/QMS Steward of the Department.

• Oversees the establishment, review, updating, cascading and implementation of human resources development and administration policies, procedures, work instructions and forms/checklist aligned with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

• Evaluates and approves the Training Plan and Matrix on a yearly basis.

• Evaluates, approves and presents the Training Evaluation Report during Man Com Meeting.

• Monitors and approves Training Certificates for all internal and external training executed/conducted.

• Develops and trains future Trainors and Subject Matter Experts of the Company.

• Prepares training modules, learning curriculum and individual development programs for employees' holistic growth and development.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management ( Professional Licensure preferably with Master's Degree in Human Resources Development or Business Administration is a Plus)

• At least ten (10) years of extensive work experience as an HR Leader in a manufacturing or trading/retail industry

• With exposure in Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 standard
