Job summary

IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Senior HR Transformation Leader to drive complex client transformations across HR domains, from talent acquisition to employee services, and to establish scalable approaches within our Center in the Philippines.

You will lead workshops, governance, and program delivery, partner with HR operations, data, technology, and change management teams, and ensure benefits are realized through data-driven insights and innovative AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR transformation and related disciplines in BPO/shared-services.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs with multiple workstreams and client-facing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and operating models.
• Experience creating transformation roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders through workshops and governance forums.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, and HR technology in change initiatives.
• Experience in a BPO HR operations environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, operations, technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation engagements and workstreams across client accounts.
• Advise senior stakeholders on HR operating models and service-delivery strategy.
• Assess HR processes and design future-state operating models.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Lead governance, sessions, and executive reviews with clients.
• Translate recommendations into practical HR technology-enabled solutions.
• Define and monitor transformation measures and benefits realization.
• Coach and develop transformation teams.
