Qualifikationen

• Senior HR leadership at director level or above.
• Strong experience in both strategic HR and hands-on HR operations.
• Experience working in a multinational or large corporate environment.
• Broad HR experience across employee relations, talent management, organizational development, performance management and workforce planning.

• Lead the overall HR function and provide strategic guidance to senior management.
• Strengthen local HR capability and drive a more strategic, commercially focused HR function.
• Drive organizational change, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management initiatives.
• Oversee transition of HR processes from external providers to internal operations.
• Review HR processes to improve efficiency, governance, service delivery and employee experience.
• Partner with regional/global stakeholders on business and people priorities.
• Manage complex HR issues while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and policies.
• Balance long-term strategy with day-to-day HR operations.
