Job summary

IBM Consulting Philippines seeks a Senior HR Transformation Leader to drive complex client transformations across HR functions, improving service delivery and employee experiences within a high-volume BPO setting.

You will lead multiple workstreams, build scalable roadmaps, and partner with HR operations, technology, and delivery teams to realize benefits, supported by AI, automation, and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR transformation, HR operations, or related consulting within BPO/shared-services environments.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs and multiple workstreams across HR processes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and operating models in high-volume settings.
• Experience assessing current-state processes and developing future-state designs and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead senior client and internal stakeholder engagements and governance.
• Experience using data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to prioritize improvements.
• Experience leading tech-enabled change involving AI, automation, analytics, workflow, or HR platforms.
• BPO experience in HR operations or outsourced service delivery is preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing project teams or transformation resources.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation engagements and workstreams across client accounts or operations portfolios.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on HR operating models and service-delivery strategy.
• Lead end-to-end HR process assessments including TA, onboarding, employee services, HR admin, learning, and talent management.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify transformation opportunities and risks.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, future-state designs, and business cases.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, automate, or redesign HR processes.
• Assess AI, automation, analytics, workflow, and HR technology for business value.
• Establish program governance with milestones, risks, and benefits tracking.
• Lead client workshops, design sessions, and governance forums.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with HR operations, technology, data, change management, and delivery teams to implement recommendations.
• Oversee readiness, testing, transition planning, adoption, and post-implementation reviews.
• Define and monitor transformation measures including SLA, cycle times, quality, cost, and adoption.
• Lead, coach, and develop transformation consultants and project resources.
• Support business development with solution design and client proposals.
• Promote continuous improvement and client-focused delivery across the Center.
