Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in HR transformation, HR operations, or related consulting within BPO/shared-services environments.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs, multiple workstreams, or client-facing initiatives across HR domains.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes, service delivery, and operating models in high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to assess current-state processes and design future-state roadmaps and business cases.
• Experience guiding senior client and internal stakeholders through governance, workshops, and executive reviews.
• Use of data/insights to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Leadership in process redesign, automation, analytics, and HR technology-enabled change.
• BPO HR operations experience is preferred; coaching and developing teams.
• Strong communication, analytics, and program leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required; relevant certifications are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead HR transformation engagements and workstreams across HR domains and business operations.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on HR operating models, service-delivery strategy, and process maturity.
• Assess end-to-end HR processes and develop future-state designs, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Analyze performance, cycle times, quality findings, and risks to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop transformation strategies, target operating models, and implementation plans.
• Prioritize opportunities to digitize, automate, or redesign HR processes for scalability.
• Recommend AI, automation, analytics, and HR tech adoption based on value and feasibility.
• Establish governance, milestones, risks, and benefits tracking across programs.
• Lead workshops, design sessions, and executive reviews; present findings and options.
• Collaborate with HR operations, technology, data, and change management teams.
• Oversee readiness, testing, transition, and adoption; review post-implementation benefits.
• Monitor measures such as SLAs, adoption, and client outcomes.
