Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
6–8 years of experience in a generalist HR role in offshore/outsourcing sectors.
4+ years as HR Business Partner or equivalent role.

Aufgaben

Streamline HR processes and end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Develop HR strategies, policies and work instructions.
Lead and implement HR process improvements and data analytics.
Facilitate performance and compensation review processes.
Benchmark total compensation and stay aligned with market trends.
