Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) is seeking a Team Lead, Human Resources to streamline HR processes and drive people strategies from Cebu City, Philippines. The role involves guiding managers on policies, compensation, and employee development within a global framework.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in HR, including 4+ years as an HR Business Partner, with strong communication and analytical skills to improve performance and engagement across OpCos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience with at least 6 years in a generalist HR role in Offshoring/ BPO/ IT/ Shared Services.
• At least 4 years as an HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Streamlining HR processes including end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
• Development of HR strategies, policies, and process maps.
• Provides regular HR guidance to line managers on policies, compensation and incentives.
• Develops and analyzes HR data, metrics and reports for continuous planning and improvement.
• Facilitates annual performance and compensation reviews.
• Develops and implements compensation and benefits programs and benchmarking.
• Partners with business functions to support employee development and engagement.
• Manages employee relations issues and conducts investigations.
