Job summary

Confidential in Cebu seeks an HR Business Partner with organizational development experience to lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and learning initiatives. You will align division goals, assess competencies, and manage compensation and benefits processes in a hybrid setup in Danao.

The role requires 5–10 years in HRBP/OD, strong communication, and willingness to be onsite in Danao for most days, with one day remote. This position reports to Corporate HR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course.
• 5–10 years of experience in HR business partnering and organizational development.
• Has good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Danao, Cebu (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates review of workforce plans to validate staffing and employee movement recommendations.
• Identifies gaps in workforce plan and talents to fill those gaps.
• Sets up and sustains partnerships with external sources (government, professional organizations, etc.).
• Aligns division goals and targets with overall objectives; calibrates goals.
• Develops job competency matrices and conducts Job Competency Assessments.
