Dover Business Services in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Team Lead for Finance to manage FP&A and Controllership activities. You will oversee monthly closes, budgeting, and variance analyses while ensuring accuracy of financial statements and regulatory compliance.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong Excel and ERP tool experience, and the ability to drive process improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• Three years of finance experience in FP&A, Controllership, Accounting, Reporting, or Shared Services.
• Forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, or close support experience.
• Reconciliations, financial reviews, controllership schedules, or close-related deliverables.
• At least one year of shared services experience.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, formulas.
• ERP/reporting tools such as Oracle, OneStream, Hyperion, Power BI, SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting requirements.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate P&L, headcount, and management reporting.
• Support AOP and rolling estimate processes with related adjustments.
• Prepare variance analyses and explanations for movements.
• Lead FP&A and Controllership close activities and reporting.
• Review balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.
• Ensure tax filings and regulatory compliance.
