Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 6–8 years of HR generalist experience in Offshoring/ BPO/ IT/ Shared Services environments.
• At least 4 years as HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities

• Streamline HR processes and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
• Develop HR strategies, policies, and process maps.
• Lead HR process improvement initiatives and provide guidance to line managers.
• Analyze HR data and reports with actions for planning and improvement.
• Facilitate annual performance and compensation reviews.
• Design new compensation and benefits programs and benchmark against market.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support employee development and engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations issues and investigations.
