Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in a generalist HR role with Offshoring/BPO/IT/Shared Services.
• At least 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.

Responsibilities

• Streamline HR processes including end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
• Develop HR strategies, policies and work instructions; create process maps.
• Identify and lead HR process improvement initiatives.
